Last Updated & Effective Date: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Neural Wave ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you use the Creativix mobile application (the "Application").
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you sign up or log in (via Email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In), we collect your email address, unique user ID (
userId), and public display name.
- User Content: Text prompts, chat messages, input images, and media files you upload to use our AI chat, image, or video generation features.
- Customer Support & Feedback: Any correspondence, bug reports, or feature requests you submit to us.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device & Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, coarse country/region, app version, language preference, and in-app usage timestamps.
- Crash & Performance Logs: Diagnostic information, stack traces, and non-fatal error reports collected when the Application encounters an issue.
- Mobile Advertising Identifiers: Apple IDFA (iOS) and Google Advertising ID (Android), used solely for install attribution as described in Section 4.
2. Device Permissions and How We Use Them
To provide core creative features, the Application may request the following device permissions:
- Camera: Used to take photos for document scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), or as visual references for AI generation.
- Photo Library / Storage: Used to allow you to select images/videos for AI processing and to save generated artwork or exported media to your device.
- Microphone / Speech Recognition: Used exclusively when you choose to use voice input or voice chat features to convert your speech to text.
- Notifications: Used to alert you when background tasks (such as intensive video or image generation) are completed.
You can grant, modify, or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's operating system settings.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Processing
Creativix leverages cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to generate text, images, audio, video, and code.
- Cloud AI Processing: When you submit prompts or input media, they are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections to our secure backend and authorized AI infrastructure providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Fal.ai, Runware, Freepik, and Kling) solely to generate the requested output.
- On-Device Processing: Features like optical character recognition (OCR) and instant language translation are processed locally on your device using Google ML Kit. Your scanned images for these local features are not sent to external servers.
4. Mobile Advertising Identifiers and Install Attribution
The Application uses Tenjin (operated by Tenjin, Inc., https://www.tenjin.com), a Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP), to understand marketing campaign effectiveness and install attribution.
- Apple IDFA (iOS): Collected only if you explicitly permit tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
- Google Advertising ID (GAID - Android): Collected unless you enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or reset your Advertising ID in Android settings.
- Anonymous Event Data: Non-identifiable milestone events (e.g.,
signup_complete, first_chat, paywall_view).
Tenjin does not receive your real name, email address, chat contents, prompts, or generated files. Tenjin's privacy practices can be reviewed at https://www.tenjin.com/privacy-policy.
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
The Application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC) to diagnose crashes and evaluate aggregate feature usage:
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous app instance IDs, internal user IDs, feature engagement metadata, and device properties. Analytics collection is strictly gated behind our in-app Consent mechanism and can be opted out of at any time via Settings → Tracking & Privacy.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymized stack traces and device operating metrics during unexpected application crashes. Crash reports contain no chat prompts, generated media, or personal contact details.
Firebase data is processed in accordance with Google's Firebase Privacy Policy.
6. In-App Purchases and Payment Information
Creativix offers consumable Premium access packs and Credit packages. All financial transactions are handled directly and securely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
The Service Provider never collects, sees, or stores your credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses. We only receive an anonymous transaction receipt/token to verify purchase authenticity and credit your account.
7. Data Retention and Automatic Cleanup
To respect your privacy and manage storage efficiently, the Application applies an automated data cleanup schedule:
- Chatbot Conversations: Created conversation sessions and message history are automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Studio Creations: Generated images, videos, and studio project outputs are automatically deleted from server storage after 7 days. We encourage you to download and save your favorite creations to your device library.
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active.
8. Account Deletion and User Rights
You have full control over your personal information:
- In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the Application by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- What Happens Upon Deletion: Deleting your account immediately and permanently purges your authentication profile, user settings, chat history, studio projects, uploaded media, and any remaining credit balances from our active databases. This action is irreversible.
- GDPR & CCPA Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you have the right to request access to, rectification of, portability of, or erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You may exercise these rights directly in the app or by emailing us.
9. Fair Use and Account Integrity
All high-capacity and generative features are intended for authentic, human-directed creative use. Headless automation, mass scraping, continuous bot generation, or unauthorized reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. We monitor traffic patterns to maintain service quality for all users and reserve the right to limit access or terminate accounts found abusing system resources.
10. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will promptly delete such information.
11. Data Security
We employ standard electronic, physical, and procedural security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and row-level security (RLS) policies on our databases, to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Application after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
